It depends how much hair you grow there, if it isn't much I'd say 16, but if you're like most of my family, and grow thick hairs, I'd say 13.

I started when I was 13 and continue to thread my upper lip myself. It all depends on how much hair and when you feel comfortable.

I started waxing my eyebrows very early but just make sure you really need I because wants you start you have to mantain.

Don't wax shave or use nair. I bleached mine but I only had lik peach fuzz but it was noticeable now you can't even tell plus it makes tha hair thinner and doesn't grow back thick or anything

I use nair once every like two months I really like it. You have to be careful and watch the time bcuz the first time I left it on for to long and it really irritated my skin.

You leave it in for 5 minites then take it off and wash the area.

I wouldn't wax bcuz waxing cause you skin to sag prematurely, since your constantly tugging on the skin.

And I would no shave it lol bcuz it'll grow back thicker. You know the deal.
