Jamaican Black Castor oil, 6.99 Sally's Beauty supply. Drink lots of water too, also brush brows with a spooly or old mascara wand so they don't grow in unruly.

It should be in any store that has organic/natural foods or products. Make sure it's 100% virgin oil! :)
