Just get heat resistant spray and leave in conditioner spray and then sprayed into your hair wrap your damp hair into a plastic bag and blow dry it for 15 minutes then wait after your blow dryer take out your hair and then wait for 5 minutes to cool down!! I did it my hair is now I'm amazing.

While this may work in the short term (and I'm glad it works for you!) the only way to truly defeat split ends is to cut them all off.

You can't heal split ends, they have to be cut off. But leave in conditioner is amazing to have, though I think using heat would defeat the purpose (since heat damages hair) just putting a leave in conditioner on and letting it air dry will do the same thing with lesser overall damage

I agree with Hannah & Alyx. To delay complete removal of damaged ends is only creating a bigger issue...it traveling up your hair shaft thus forcing you to cut even more length which defeats the entire idea of maintaining length. I played that game when I was younger.

Yeah there is no such thing as healing split ends like these beauties mentioned the only true treatment is to cut them off hun.
