Jane Iredale Pure mineral foundations. Especially the pure pressed foundation or BB cream if you like liquid. I cannot stress how much this product has saved my skin. I will never go back to anything else!

The Vichy Dermablend is supposed to be a great full coverage foundation for acne prone skin.

I second the Jane Iredale products. I have EXTREMELY acne prone skin and it's hasn't made me break out one bit even after wearing it for 12+ hours. Just be forewarned that the pressed powder is only light coverage. If you need lots of coverage you should get a concealer. The best one I've found that is complete coverage & doesn't break me out is Amazing Cosmetics. I had severe cystic acne so bad I had to get lasers/acne meds. I have really light skin and my face gets bright red, but it covered it all up so I looked completely clear all day long. It is heavy stuff though, and a small tube is expensive, but a tiny drop covered half my face. But it stays all day, DOESN't break me out (even when everything else does), and makes my skin look clear. Try the concealer with the powder on top for a flawless look. If you just need to get rid of some redness or just want an everyday look to even you out, go with just the Jane Iredale (the brand also has BB cream and liquid foundation but I've never tried it so I can't attest to it). Hope this helps!

Brands that have not contributed to my breakouts include Clinique, Estée Lauder, kat Von D, dermablend and tarte - to cover acne scars you can try a full coverage cream concealer
