Best Concealer To Cover Up Acne.

Drugstore option: hard candy Glamoflauge and a foundation would be elf acne fighting foundation both so cheap and both very full coverage when applied with a buffing brush.

I use the make up for ever full cover. It sets to a matte finish and is truly full coverage. A little goes a long way and it's waterproof.

I also use MUFE Full Cover Concealer. Lately I've just been using the concealer on blemishes, dark spots and other imperfections and going without foundation.

I wrote another post about this earlier but PLEASE look into Amazing Cosmetics. For the past year I've had severe cystic (and regular acne) that was accutane worthy. Before my acne started getting better with derm treatments and laser I went into a Sephora with my mom to get her some stuff. The head makeup guy from the company pulled me aside and told me he could help me. He put the stuff on and when I went back to my mom while she was looking she freaked out because my face was so good looking. It covers all the redness and acne (and I get a lot, I look like a tomato when I break out). Anyways, it's waterproof and lasts all day even when I sweat in 95+ heat, and is the first concealer to NEVER break me out but still have the best coverage I have ever seen. It's a relatively small brand so not a lot of people know about it, but it's sold in most sephora's and has a bunch of colors to choose from. It is more expensive for a small tiny tube, but just a drop covers half my face! And it doesn't smell great but it goes away after you put it on. I deal with it because it is the most amazing concealer I've EVER used. It's literally a miracle because of not breaking out my face, being the perfect color, AND being full coverage. Give it a look online. I can not say enough good things about it!!
