What is the best Chapstick that you can get?
And is there any chapsticks that have color when you apply on the lips besides Burt's Bees?
Help!

Actually no chapstick is good for you. it dries your lips out, making you as a consumer buy more of the product... That's their scam. go with Vaseline or products like that. I use Vaseline n at night, vitamin E oil to keep my lips healthy. (:

@brooke, from what I know there are some that do that. But if you look at the ingredients and choose carefully, there's some that will actually help! Personally I would DIE without lip balm haha :p I like Nivea ones, although they're not the best, I just like how they feel x) I found that baby lips dries my lips out, but the colors look great!! Honestly I'd stick to Burt's bees :)

Not all lip balms create a downward spiral of dryness. I am a huge fan of the Fresh balms, overpriced though they may be. Fresh Rose is about as pretty & effective a tinted balm as you can find. Jack Black balm (marketed for men) is also effective, though obviously not tinted. Lanolin is also good for overnight...if you want it to smell nice, try Bite Beauty's Agave Lip Mask, but regular old lanolin will work just the same.

Please don't use Vaseline, petroleum will only seal in what moisture you have and eventually cause you lips to dry out even more :/ but if you feel like it works for you then go for it! I personally like blistex, one tube lasts me forever! Lately I've been using Chapstick Moisturizer and it seems pretty good so far :)

EOS has worked pretty well for me, although I know a lot of people don't agree. It keeps my lips moisturized all day!

I whip Vaseline on at night and wake up with lovely moist lips, used it for years with no problems! I also love Maybelline Baby Lips, Nivea Lip Butters and Burts Bees.

The baby lips gives and tint but I have been loving using vaseline! they sell a pink vaseline for your lips which gives a little tint! stays on your lips for such a long time

Fresh lip balms work great and some have a gorgeous tint, though they can be a little expensive but you can find them at Sephora. From the drugstore, I really love EOS lip balms because they're super moisturizing and actually make my lips smooth but they're clear. Maybelline Baby Lips are also nice and some have a pretty color to them. If you just want a great moisturizer and don't really care about color, Carmex in the cherry flavor is amazing and repairs my lips and keeps them soft.
