I would just keep it basic that's what I do I just got a liquid foundation that matched my skin and a powder to finish off then a light blush and then just some mascara and eyeliner if you like and maybe brown eeyesadow , it would fit you well and that's just kinda a natural look I do everyday and it's so simple

Yeah I want like a set routine everyday too! I'd say start with like your normal skin care routine like face wash, toner, etc. then moisturizer, and proceed to a lightweight bb cream or foundation what ever you prefer, or even just concealer , then add your powder , then blush if you want, mascara, & finally if you want some type of lip product! Voila! You're finished!

Depending on what grade you're in, you could go more natural or a little more bold. Try a BB cream or tinted moisturizer if you need extra coverage, I like the Dream Fresh from Maybelline. If your skin is clear for the most part, just use a little concealer on blemishes or pimples. If you want, you can use a little bit of blush or bronzer, but not both. Set your face makeup with a powder to seal in the products and prevent oil. For eyes, use a light shade all over your eyelid and apply a little bronzer or an eyeshadow that's a little darker than your skin tone in your crease to add definition. Draw a thin line on your upper lashline with some eyeliner, curl your lashes and add your favorite mascara. For lips, I would use a tinted lip balm or lip gloss for some color and shine.
