This probably sounds like a silly question but what exactly does it mean to fill in your eyebrows? I just get mine waxed and I've never heard of that except on here lol.

Yeah some use it because they have really sparse eyebrows and they want to make them look thicker or just basically they fill them in to get a specific shape they want to get.

Some people might fill in they're eyebrows with a pencil or eyeshadow or other thing to get rid of gaps or to make a nicer or different shape to their eyebrows

I'd like to add that some do it because foundation can hide your brows, especially if you don't have thicker brows.
It happened to me and my brows barely showed up in a photograph.

Then you may not even need to fill them in, so I wouldn't even sweat it if you have a nice shape and fill going on.
