Girls when I do my make up I find my eye lids get really oily during the day or even straight away. Why is this and what can I do? Thanks!!

I had this problem too, and my doctor recommended me to wash it with baby shampoo everyday before applying my make up, baby shampoo is neutral and doesn't make your eyes burn.He told me it's normal, it can happen to some people, and washing it is the best thing to do because it can lead to an inflammation, which happened to me. Hope I helped you :)

I have this problem! Buy Urban Decay primer potion! It's truly amazing. Won't budge! And it's not going to break your bank either :-)

Are you moisturizing them? I only get that issue when my eyes aren't moisturized since oil production can be caused by lack of moisture.

You could get a primer. I don't have oily eyelids but I wash my face with cetaphil n use a towel to pat dry my face then wipe my lids too.

Moisturize, get a primer, and oil blotting sheets. You could probably use oil blotting sheets throughout the day on your eyelids and it shouldn't mess up your eyeshadow... At least in my experience!

Whenever I do my makeup I always apply (to my eyelids) foundation/corrector, concealer/primer (you could get away with just the concealer/primer if you have naturally opaque eyelids) and then set it with translucent powder and a sponge. Or you could set it with what some people call a base shadow, aka an eyeshadow thats the colour of your skin or slightly lighter all over the eyelid first (lashline to brow) as a base so that the eyeshadows will blend better. Personally I think this is unnecessary if you're setting it with a trans. powder anyway but you could both if you really wanted.
