My natural hair is curly but know one would ever know because I flat iron it. I want to keep my hair strong but its hard when putting on all that heat. My hair has been the same length for the longesttt time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to grow my natural hair longer and stronger??

Well if you continue to use a lot of heat on it, no matter if you put protectant on it or not it won't be that healthy. Some people's hair just doesn't grow past a certain point unfortunately.

You should go no-heat for a while. Messy buns will probably work well for you cause you have curly hair.

I use to hate my curly hair as well I use to flat iron it everyday but now I love my hair and the no heat really helped me grow my hair out. and the products that I now use really work for me.
