My hair is oily and I can't resist myself for the next wash within 2-3 days because they become very oily. Please suggest me some good cleansing shampoo.

I'm getting very repetitive about this but I'm afraid I'm going to have to insist.
If your scalp is producing too much oil, besides being a genetic condition, it might be that you have a PH balance issue.
The more caustic/cleansing power your shampoo offers, the more oil your scalp will produce.
Ironic, yes. My advice requires patience and more patience: change to a sulfate-,silicon- lather free cleansing product. The no poo method, or an organic no-lather cleanser will feel weird in the beginning but it will give your scalp a break. In time your oil production will be more regular and you'll be able to wash your hair not as often.
I have straight hair, but I use the Deva-Curl no poo cleanser and it has toooootally changed the way my hair behaves. It feels fresher, and softer that ever.
I do get oily hair after my FIFTH day or so, but it holds pretty good in my opinion.
People often have a hard time believing that I'm sometimes in my 8th day (it's gross I know)
