I love Estée Lauders makeup remover and Lancôme but a good drugstore alternative is neutrogena's oil free makeup remover.

^ Be careful with coconut oil, it can break some people out.
I just use makeup wipes that say on it they'll take off waterproof mascara and it comes off for me. There's specific cleansers just for eye makeup though that would do the trick, just make sure its for sensitive skin :)

Regular make up removers sometimes don't work on waterproof makeup. An oil based remover takes that stuff off in a jiffy. I use baby oil or olive oil. Just an FYI, olive oil is safer for your eyes than a chemical filled makeup remover. It is even safe for contact wearers (me). If you still feel uncomfortable with a product not made by chemists for makeup removing, try searching "oil based make up removers". I know Shu Uemura, Bosica, and Sephora all carry their own oil based removers...there's a ton of them out there!
