Some idea's on going back to school a better person?
Hair: Currently long and blonde, any colour idea's?
Makeup: Green eyes, light skin, like to look natural...
Clothing: Hourglass figure, would like to make it more prominent, what clothes can I wear?
Skin: Some acne, red area's. How do I make it completely clear?
Any other ideas are great!
My style is kinda hippie/boho with a bit of indie mixed in

Do what you want a complete change or just some?

Changing your looks won't make you a better person. I think you meant a "different" person. Hold on while I get some pictures. It may take awhile.

Hair: try a dark brown
Makeup: try a brown smokey eye or gradient with a winged liner or try just a green winged liner
Clothes: anything that cinches in at the waist will help your figure - so wrap dresses/shirts and anything with a belt
Skin: get into a good skin care routine with cleanser, toner, spot treatment n moisturizer - and tailor your products to your skin type
Those are my suggestions :)

For hair, I think you should get a long bob and make it platinum! Like Jaime King. Sorry, the pictures won't post. For makeup, maybe a slightly defined socket and cat eyeshadow.
Body: wear skater dresses and pepper tops to accentuate the hourglass.
Skin: you have all summer so make sure you drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds to cleanse your body. Then your skin may clear up.

Hair: Go short! I feel like the Alexa Chung midi cut would go really well with your style. But if you're too attached to your hair length, I like Bryanna's Emma Stone auburn colour :)
Makeup: I would suggest getting Stila's In The Garden palette. The colours will really compliment your eyes. Otherwise, just lots of soft colors, olive-y greens and dark browns, with smudged liner and big lashes. Nothing too stark or harsh.
Clothing: Anything cinched at the waist will compliment your figure. There are countless combinations for you to try. Try stepping out of your comfort zone with new colours and prints. Maybe try some loose fitting maxis; boho fashion isn't about always dressing in the most traditionally flattering clothes. It's about finding something you like, albeit a little out of the ordinary, and rocking it like the bad ass that you are.
Skin: Find a good spot treatment (a dab of tea tree oil is my go to). Use a gentle face cleanser like Cetaphil, exfoliate with a gentle scrub 2-3 times a week (try to go for the more simple or natural lines, not all of these crazy chemical St. Ives or Neutrogena stuff!). Use a mask once a week.
My go to one for reducing redness:
Grab a handful of uncooked oats and run them through your blender/coffee mill so they're not as rough on your skin (I've tried skipping this before...DON't!), add a tsp of honey & a tbs of yogurt, mix it all together and apply to your face. Leave for about 15 minutes and rinse off (you can rub in circular motions for an added exfoliation), then moisturize as you normally would. Try to go for a deep cleansing facial once a month if you can afford it; it will do wonders for your skin. And most importantly, live healthily. Water, clean eating, and exercise all the way :)

I think you look great just the way you are. Maybe amp up the makeup and clothing as the gals gave some some great ideas but overall I think you're very pretty.

If you want to look for natural for makeup, use a taupe eyeshadow color (or a tan shade; depending on your undertone) and just contour the hallows of your eyes to make them look more deep set.
After, highlight your inner corners and the center of your eyelids with a champagne color with a satin finish (opt out of chunky glitter colors because it won't look like a natural glow).
Curl your lashes and apply brown mascara if you want a less dramatic effect, or opt for black if you want a bigger contrast.
Eyeliner is optional, but if you want to, use a dark brown eyeliner to line your upper eyelid and wing it out in the end. A liquid liner is preferred but if you're not familiar with liquid, use gel for more of an ease of control.
Apply a light pink or coral color for your cheeks and a highlighter on the top of your cheekbones to lift them and to get a natural glow.
Hide any darkness under the eyes using a concealer, preferably one with a pink/salmon undertone and set with a translucent powder.
Swipe a brow gel over your brows to keep them in place and to pull the look together.
A lip tint gives the most natural and long lasting result in terms of lip products.
Not all of these are necessary but that's an ideal "natural" look that also makes you seem put together. Opt out of foundation, as it can be unnecessary for an everyday use unless you're comfortable with it. Concealer usually does the trick.

For skincare, I recommend keeping it simple. Most acne prone skin is due to irritation from products or excessive products that counteract one another. In the morning, cleanse, tone, and apply a moisturizer with an SPF. At night, cleanse, tone, moisturize with a moisturizer without SPF and then do a spot treatment. Exfoliate two or three times a week. Do a mask once a week ONLY if necessary. By keeping your skincare simple, it eliminates excessive products and you can pinpoint exactly what products are causing you to break out.
