Dead Hair :(

My hair no matter what always seems to be dry and have dead ends. I don't wash my hair everyday only when needed I only shampoo the top of my hair and condition the rest I use a leave in conditioner and I straighten my hair maybe once or twice a month. What can I do cause I really really really want to grow my hair long.

Try deep conditioning with heat once a week! Hope this helps!!!
