Can anyone recommend a good facial cleanser? I'd like something that will also wash off eye makeup and moisturizing! Preferably something under $30 if you know of one.

I use Clean and Clear Morning Burst, its really good as an everyday cleanser, but I wouldnt try taking eye makeup off with it, I tried it, and it stung like mad, it quite moisturizing, as long as you dont scrub too hard! Other then those, its really good, I LOVE it! <3

I love Cetaphil. Its a great basic fragance free cleanser that doesnt strip your skins of natural oils. And I have super sensitive skin. And you can remove your eye makeup with it. It works fairly well. It's about 6$ at Walmart and or 2 big bottles at Costco for 17$.

Other cleansers that I've tried like Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, etc are too harsh on my skin and over dries it.

Clear and clear for sensitive skin or Purpose Gentle cleanser! Both are gentle but effective. Also enjoy Salma Hayek Nuance brand cleanser but it is a little pricier than Clean and clear, around $12 I think.
