try a felt tip eyeliner pen, they give lots of control with nice pigmentation and durability. theyre great for people who havent quite mastered eyeliner (like... me!)
and urban decay makes fantasic primer, if that too expensive then pixi makes a great one too. ( white clown makeup is amazing, but a little silly :P )

I always recommend Urban Decay Primer Potion. I can't live without it! Also it's not something that I use but many people like MAC Paint Pots as eyeshadow bases. :)

@Kristi Thanks! i use an eyeliner pencil on my top lids but i really dislike how it looks with my eyeshadow!

Just keep the eyeliner horizontal on your last line and pull it accoss your eye.

@Ola P: Sorry for the late reply, but i used profusion and now i use color workshop which has better quality than profusion. I also now have primer so it looks 10x better!

Looks great!! I use revlon color stay felt tip liquid eyeliner pen in black. It's super easy to use and goes on fantasic, I can do thin or thick lines, wing out etc.
