Hair spray as a setting spray?

I've seen so many things around the internet recently about using a light hold hair spray as a setting spray for your makeup.. I would love to hear some of your thoughts!

I personally would never do it. I don't think it's right to use a hair product on your face

wouldnt do it neither....you hear and see so many different things about makeup but that is not a good idea

I spray some in front of me and walk into it (don't inhale it!!) and just helps the powder stay on my face, and on hot days it stops my mascara from smudging

I probably would not recommend doing that because their are chemicals in hairspray son you don't want that to go on your face

I'm all about multi-tasking products but this is a no-go in my book. There is nothing safe or beneficial about this particular method....premature aging of the skin, flammability risk, clogged pores......

Ok, thank you guys! I wasn't thinking about doing it but some of the women around where I live have said they use it! I would never just because I can't stand the smell of hairspray, and the possibility of getting it in my eyes :P

Hair spray causes major breakouts! I really like the elf setting spray it was $3. I was going to get the urban decay but after some research and asking around more people like the Elf one.
