I don't understand why some people say bandeaus are flattering on small chests.. I have small boobs & bandeaus do nothing for me! I'd say 1 if I had to choose, but I don't love any of them personally. for small chests try a top with ruffles or a push up top :)

Kat, bandeau's are definitely not the most flattering but triangle tops hide everything(Think #1). Ruffles or a patterned push up are the most flattering(:

Their all really pretty but if you are small up top the first bathing suit is the best. Bandeaus are not flattering on small boobs.

1. definitely don't go with bandeaus if you have a small chest, youll be flat. as kat said try to find ruffly or detailed tops if you want to make your chest appear bigger.

Oh, and I think that as long as you're comfortable with having small boobs, go for the bandeau! At least small-chested women can pull it off! Otherwise nobody can. I have medium sized breasts and feel like bandeaus are there to fall down when I'm swimming- not supportive enough :)

Number 2 is gorgeous. Absolutely love it. I disagree with the girls here, because I love bandeau swimming tops. I think it is rather flattering (for me at least, and I wasn't blessed with a large bust unfortunately).
