Righty oh :) firstly I really like it where did you get it from?
This is how I would wear it:
1. Some flip flops/sandals which are either white or that have gems/design that shares the same colour/s within the dress so like a yellow. Jewellery wise some gold bangles, a gold necklace which follows the shape of the neck line (I wouldn't go for a long necklace)
2. To make it look completely different a black leather jacket with ankle biker boots this will give it a edgy summer look. A mix or normal and midi rings, and a necklace which isn't to heavy and is the same colour as the rings.
3. Some flats (same blue as the dress) with a white or yellow anklet. Some feathery earrings a small thin chain necklace.
4. A lightweight white cardi, (nothing to fancy and that comes in at your waist) with sandals or flats.
Ooo a orange or yellow handbag would look fab with this dress.

Oo I forgot wedges! Wedges would look really nice with this and you could paint your nails yellow or orange :)

Love it! I think simple, gold jewelry would look nice with it, and for hair I think beachy waves would be pretty. As for shoes, I think wedges or sandals would go nicely as well.
