1. Liquid liner, white eyeshadow in highlight, mascara or falsies.
2. Same as above
3. Neutral tones, cobalt blue eyeshadow underneath bottom lashes, gold in inner corner of eye, falsies/mascara.
4. Neutral tone on top, darker brown in crease. Thin line of liner either in top lid or tightline.

Well starting off with 1 and 2:
•prime eyes (optional)
•in the inner corner, put a shimmery white/silver and blend toward eyelid
•on the top lid, for eyeliner, start very thin in the inner corner, than gradually thicken the line toward the crease and take out to a cateye
•on the bottom eyeliner, start about 1/4 towards the inner corner and start VERY thin and gradually get darker and blend with cateye from upper liner
• apply a coat of a good mascara (I recommend one by one - maybelline) and let it dry for about 30 seconds. Then repeat one or two more times

For 3:
• (primer optional) do a every slight smokey eye, focusing mainly on the outer corner.
•starting at the bottom lashes, fade a royal blue eyeshadow down
• apply a thick line of eyeliner to the top and come out to a cateye. Made sure to keep the line thick at the inner corner too
•do a line of eyeliner on and below the bottom lashes and slightly smudge out
• ( once again recommend one by one -maybelline ) apply one or two coats of mascara to both top and bottom lashes
• on the inner corner, do a faint shimmery gold and blend outward and blend with bottom blue

For number 4, I highly recommend modifying the smokey eye because it's looks very awkward the way it isn't blended well but anyway here are the steps:
• ( primer optional ) start off with a yellow tinted white in the inner corner
•do a smokey eye with the eyeshadow on the lid more yellow/eggshell tinted colors
•once again highly suggest blending unlike the girl in the photo did
•starting in the inner corner, gradually made your eyeliner thicker and do a slight cateye
•for below the eye, smudge a slight tannish brown outward in, and made it very faint in the inner half and have none of the brown in the inner corner — keep it VERY bright in the inner corner
•smudge some of the eyeliner inward on the bottom
• again, two coats of ( highly recommend one by one - maybelline ) mascara on both top and bottom
