EcoTools is a good brand, really soft and the bristles don't fall out.

Sigma, ecotool and real techniques all are good and not that expensive. I love my Sigma brushes few are softer on face than Mac brushes. Sigma has thr website and they deliver worldwide. Google for web address.

I don't recommend the BH cosmetic brushes. They aren't awful but they don't apply shadows well at all. However, they aren't expensive and they work well enough.

You can buy EcoTools & Real Techniques brushes at either Walmart, Target, or Ulta. Individually they're under $10, sets won't cost you more than $20. Coastal Scents brushes are quite nice too, though I'm thinking of upgrading to Sigma brushes. They'll usually run about $12 to $20 for most of their brushes.

Remember that brushes are an investment its better to have a good brush then to have 10 crapy ones a good brush makes all the difference applying makeup I wouldn't recommend getting elf cuz they shed so much they arent worth even a dollar and eco tools don't shed but don't get the job done right I would in vest in some mac ones I got 3 of them for right now but tere is a huge difference in those and the other once I have, I rarely reach for any others now.

You can also find good sets on eBay as well. A lot of these companies that advertise brushes on Instagram usually buy wholesale & slap their label on. I've gotten a lot of brush sets from eBay for a fraction of what these companies sell them for.
