What is the difference between moisturizers and primers? I put moisturizer on everyday but I don't have a primer. Does anyone know of an inexpensive good primer.

Primers are supposed to prep your face for makeup and make it last all day long, they can also make a smooth base for your makeup.

Depends on your skin type, Rimmel's fix and perfect works great on my oily skin. A primer helps your makeup stay on longer.

Primers create a smooth surface for makeup and provide a barrier between your skin and the makeup. Drugstore wise the ELF one is great. High end wise I like Smashbox and Hourglass.

I like the porefessionals primer but it may be on the more pricy side depending on the person.
