Best nail cream/ nail care products?

Hi ladies :)

just wondering what everyone thinks is the best nail cream or product? around my nails is always drying up and I get those bits of skin or nail that peels up? if that makes any sense lol

and also what does everyone prefer for a base coat, top coat and strengthener? :)

Base coat: seche Vite
Top coat/ strengthener: Sally Hansens hard as nails.
I suggest using a cuticle cream to help moisturize the cuticles. Sally Hansens has one and works amazing (:
