I dyed my hair red in March and now it's faded to a dull brown/orange and my roots are coming in a dark brown. I'm not allowed to dye it again until it has completely grown out so are there any ways to help it grow out faster?

Don't use a color shampoo/conditioner.

What do you mean completely grown out?

When your hair color fades and your roots start to show.

All you can do is wait for your hair to grow out, as dye never washes out to the natural color. Hair is waste, so it's why you put into your body that matters.
Drink lots of water, get plenty of protein and Omega 3 oils, exercise frequently.
