Well most of the time they were button down shirts and you undo a few at the bottom of the shirt and tie it. I know Forever 21 might have some tops like that. :) btw I totally love topangas style or the girls from Saved By The Bell. So cute back then.

Definitely, a thrift store. Especially Goodwill. No way would I pay $20-25 for a $4.27 shirt at goodwill. I do most of my shopping there and I go to really nice neighborhood ones to get a better chance of getting quality merchandise

Don't go to American apparel, they are ridiculously over priced and over hyped. Like Symone suggested, go to a thrift store, to the men's section where the shirts are even cheaper, and get a button down, and tie , or cut and tie!
