The skirt and shirt are so cute, but just not together! The skirt would look nice with a black tank and best, or just a plain black tank, the shirt with some regular cutoff!

I don't think you should return at all, but (and this is just my opinion!) the colors kind of clash. They're both lovely items individually, however!
