Ok beauty seemed like the best place to ask this bc it seems like this where most of the reports occur
is there ever a time limit to repost? Like let's say You posted something and its been like two-three days. Is it ok to repost then?
or what if you post the same thing (sane time frame as last example) but reworded?
I don't know, I'm kinda unclear as if it's no repost AT all, or no reposts within 24 hours?

There isn't a specific time limit, but posts come and go quickly so waiting 2-3 days may be too long and no one would ever even see it.
It's safe to say that you shouldn't repost something within 12 hours from the original post.
Yes you can reword it your repost.

I don't think you're supposed to at all anymore, which is really unrealistic. I wouldn't get half of my questions answered unless I reposted them.

I saw Jackie say on another thread that reposts aren't allowed.

I've reposted after a few days once and marked it as such and haven't been told it was against the rules.
I don't think it's fair to not allow reposts (within a set period of time) if someone gets no answers.
I hope one of the moderators or staff sees this so they can clear it up.
I'd also like to see the talk rules updated as I'm seeing people being told that things are against the rules (ie: reposts, posting motd without products, etc...) but not seeing any written rules anywhere that state this (If I'm missing it can someone please point me in the right direction?) so this would suggest that these rules need updatingz

All the reports could be avoided if Beautylish came out with a part where you can find only the posts that have 0 answers. That way we could actually go there to help people who haven't had answers yet.
