You look stunning in both...omg in your blonde hair your look reminds me The Great Gatsby, sorta 1920s style...amazing, And brown is also superb but I say don't go too dark cos light hair really matches with your skin and face , better do medium blonde-light brown:) anyway good luck, btw you are such a sweetie girl^_^
