I'm a plus sized girl (2X) and I want to get some gothic style clothing and I've tried my local stores and I've found no luck. I know gothic culture isn't the norm especially for bigger woman but anything would be helpful cx it doesn't have to be a goth website either.

There's really no such thing as "gothic" apparel, they're right it's a mix and match of things you'll find over the years. But Sourpuss.com, angryyoungandpoor.com, heavyred.com, tragicbeautiful.com these sites have dark clothing. The brands "Draven" "t.you.k" "demmonia" "Robert wayne" of course lol will have your pick of amazing shoes. In my opinion I would not go to Hot Topic. Maybe for years ago when it was actually a store for people like that, nowadays it's considered very poserish. I'd highly suggest some DIY action! if your not experienced , skirts are an easy thing to make and DIY ensures the best fit and look possible! Good Luck I really hope you find what you're looking for (:

Oh yes yes Victorian gothic is beautiful, I forget lol I'm not a goth I'm a crust punk but anywhere I find my clothes they also sell the same clothes I see gothic people wearing.

I completely agree!! They actually used to play great music too always some random metal band lol now they play rap and its like?? ugh. I like my share of rap and all but there's plenty of stores that sell clothing fitting the people who listen to that. It was my haven for bogo deals on great band shirts now I'm lucky to find ONE shirt I'd even wear lol Who knows tho, maybe they wanted to appeal to a bigger audience or something.. *sigh* lol And omg LOLITA style!! I think is absolutely fabulous!
