Almond Oil, apply on lashes as well as around your eye before you go to bed. It contains a lot of Vitamin E which is anti-aging. It is also good for dry cuticles!

Also keep mascara to a minimum, the chemicals in it and the abrasiveness from taking it off is too much for delicate lashes!

I've seen good reviews for a revlon lash and brow serum. It's cheap so you could try it out.
