Can anyone recommend a good WHITE waterproof eyeliner to put on my waterline?

Stila Stay All Day waterproof liquid liner is great! You draw it on like a pen and it doesn't budge.

Ohmigosh, I'm so sorry and just read your question. My other response was just for a waterproof liner. Stila Stay All Day still has a white on though, and you might try UD 24/7 pencils. They have a great color range so I would assume they have white
