Brands That Carry A Good Water Proof Eye Liner?

I really need a new eyeliner to try out. I usually put it on my water line and it ends up coming off all the time. I was wondering what one I should try out. I'm looking for a waterproof eyeliner in a pencil or sorta twisty crayon kind if ya get what I'm trying to describe. hopefully this makes some sense. thanks!

Urban Decay's 24/7 liners don't budge. That's what I've heard! For a drug store option, the Rimmel scandaleyes liners are waterproof. They're like $3-4. Both of these liners are pencils.

I'm a fan of the Make Up For Ever waterproof eyeliners and cream eyeshadows.

Something that might help your eyeliner stay on your water line is throwing a layer of either translucent powder or a matching pressed powder eyeshadow on top of your eye liner.

This helps mine stay if my eyes are extra watery :)

I love the Urban Decay 24/7 and the Cynthia Rowley liners! Both brands are waterproof and don't budge from my tightline until I wash it off.

Benefit they're real push-up liner is waterproof. It's a gel/liquid though.

I love the jordana liquify eyeliner.it is the only pencil I have found that doesn't smudge off my eye.

Stila liquid eye marker is amazing. I even have a hard time taking it off with makeup remover.
