My fave concealer for covering acne is the MUFE full coverage concealer!

I would not recommend using Dream Lumi or any other highlighting concealer; you want the spot to blend into, not highlight and bring attention to it.
My favourite one is Almay Clear Complexion Blemish Healing concealer. It has salicylic Acid which will help treat your spots while covering them. It's great for sensitive skin, covers well, and won't cause breakouts.

Don't really have any recommendations but I can give you some advice? If you want a good acne concealer, keep your eyes peeled for one in a pot like this (image inserted below). Pot concealers tend to be much thicker than tube or liquid concealers. That's why if you've ever used a pot concealer under your eyes, you will crease like crazy!! So in short, dark circles= liquid or tube concealer, blemishes= pot concealer.
