I too used Tresemme (the 7 day straight).. let's just say it didnt keep my hair straight and it honestly made my hair feel ucky. But I love their shampoo and conditioners!

I use liquid keratin I just use some drops every mornimg it makes my hair shiny And glossy.

I have had both done as well. The store bought one didn't work at all and only felt like a temporary conditioning treatment rather than a straightening treatment. The salon one was AMAZING! I have very long, past my waist, hair which is naturally wavy at the roots yet straight at the ends (weird right?) and the salon treatment stayed in for a minimum of 3 months for me. To be honest, I didn't expect it to last as long due to my hair's length and the fact that my roots are very stubbornly wavy but I was proven wrong. I would definitely recommend it! :D
