So I attempted a look for the 4th. I used costal scents palette for the colors I used neon cherry red, winter Snow White, and blue sky blue.used glitter over the white and also used wet n wild mega eyeliner n black and blue here's a pic don't mind the face lol.

I feel like if you got rid of the blue on the top it would look sooooo good. (just red and white in the crease. and the blue underneath)

It's quite dramatic (thats a good thing as far as I'm concerned!)
But you could also try the look that Naima posted, looks pretty cool and still very dramatic :-)
