Jordana 12 hour made to last liquid eyeliner pencil is by far my favorite liner to wear in my water line. It stays there for hours, it does not smudge and most importantly it does not irritate my eyes. The pencil also stYs vibrant the while time you are waring it. I have very sensitive eyes and this is one a few that I can wear in my water line, and I really like it! It's really cheap too! Rimmel scandaleyez kohl liners are nice too, I own 2 of them , nude which I use daily and taupe for when I want the sexy smokey look they stay don't smudge and don't irritate my eyes. The physicians formula shimmer strips eyeliners that come in 3 packs are also very nice, they are a little pricier than the last 2 I talked about about but you do get 3?eyeliners so I think they are worth it. They Stay in place until you are ready to wash them off! And the last eyeliners I like to use for my water line are tarte skinny smoldered eyez. These do not irritate my sensitive eyes, they stay in place, and can be as vibrant as you want them.

I agree with Nicole D.- I LOVE the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Kohl Kajal liners in Nude and Taupe. I haven't used the black one but the others are great for highlighting the waterline, are creamy, pigmented and LAST!
