What are the best eyeliners for the waterline? I've tried mac smoulder and it smudges like crazy and I've tried a clinique one, rimmel and bourjois but same problem..

I use urban decay and it's really soft and doesn't hurt during application. I find the Smashbox pencil liner separates and ends up everywhere in my eyes. UD all the way! (Haha, it's rhymes).

Lindsay that's strange, I used perversion for months. It was like the only liner that didn't cloud up my contacts haha.

Exactly, Alyx. Though I've been lucky, the only eyeliner I've ever had cloud my contacts was an original, vibrant blue Nars Eyeliner Stylo (which is a felt tipped marker), and I accidentally got it into my eye and my contacts turned blue so everything was blue tinted, and I didn't realize for a full day what was happening!

Haha Hannah I've definitely had that happen with liquid liners. Usually black, but I used red once and well that was an interesting few minutes haha.
Pencil usually does cloud up my contacts, but the UD ones don't. I don't really wear any lately because I ran out of the UD one and haven't had the chance to buy another, but the ones I've been trying cloud my contacts or are just irritating/non lasting.

That's so surprising. I've worn contacts for 11 years, and basically nothing I've tried (except that one damned eyeliner) has clouded them. I'd be happy to recommend some brands and stuff if you want to branch out from UD liners.

What's the difference between perversion and zero by the way? is one just blacker than the other I presume? and I hope it won't cloud my contacts either cos I do get the problem with some eyeliners! :(

@Rebecca When I tested them out in store, perversion seemed a lot darker than zero.

9th grade... someone gifted me a liquid liner... I thought I could use it on my inner waterline - so I tried it out in the middle of class! LMAO oh my god that was so bad lol.

I agree with Hannah. UD rocks. I use Black Market by them on my waterline, stay for hours and hours. And it doesn't gather in yur tear ducts like some products do.

Is the UD perversion hard to remove? I always have a hard time removing liner on my water line :\
