Hello,

I'm looking for a very pigmented Black with Silver Glitter Eyeliner in Pot (so in a cream/gel texture) preferably waterproof.

i cant think of any off the top of my head but heres an idea; take a regular black cream eyeliner ( i reccomend fluidline in black track from MAC) Then take a silvery liquid liner and put it on top of the black

Check MAC for sure. I had an awesome gel liner from there. It's called blitz and glitz. It lasted me forever (and I used it pretty much everyday!) it's a nice black colour, with sparkle in it. Mostly silver sparkle from what I can remember! Go in there and take a look at it :) I hope you find what you're looking for !

The gel liner is called fluid line, the shade is just blitz and glitz! So it's basically what grace said, with the shimmer already in it
