Who else shops for makeup on eBay? Do you have any particular sellers that you tend to go through on there for makeup? I always make sure to check ratings and read everything real careful before I purchase or bid, and ask questions when I feel needed to make sure I don't get screwed.

I used to but I had so many bad experiences I stoped I reiceived fake makeup and I received broken products I know just buy my makeup through official sites or from the shops its better than wasting your money on fake or broken makeup

Crown brushes so professional makeup brushes and they are reasonable x do check them out
Also makeup on eBay...hmmm any product I use beauty wise I'd rather pay full than cheap, your applying on your face/hair...you don't know what is in the cheap stuff

Aoife, that's why I make sure to check their rating and review everything real careful. If they use an actual product picture and claim that is what you are getting and it isn't what you receive you can report it to eBay and you will get your money back. Same for if they say its new and it isn't, and you can check with the seller to make sure it is in good condition if not mentioned, if they say yes and it isn't then you should gt your money back.

Dacember, that is awesome, it is always exciting getting new makeup and tools. I just ordered the UD Smoked palette the other day and can't wait to receive it, got it half price.

Sana, I have looked into Crown, hautelook actually has a bunch of their stuff on their site right now, thought about buying stuff but I am about to go to makeup school and I don't know what exactly the kit is like yet, so holding off. And as for your makeup comment, I only buy brands I know, and like I said, I always review really well so that way I know I am getting what I want.

One time,I ordered benefits coralista off ebay. I got it in the mail and it seemed perfectly fine and it was authentic product. a few days later I received an email from the person who sold it to me telling me they found the product defective and would issue me a full refund. I got my money back even though I've found nothing wrong with the product! that's the only time I ever ordered off ebay though

Only time I've ordered makeup from Ebay was when I brought my 28 Neutral Palette which is also sold by BH Cosmetics & Coastal Scents. I brought it from there because I was just beginning & didn't wanna pay way too much for something I may not use that much.

I buy a lot of stuff off ebay but I'm very cautious. check sellers feedback, ratings, and read the descriptions carefully. I mostly buy clothing and I usually ask the seller for specific details. I've never bought makeup off ebay though. I was looking at some eyeshadow pallets by too faced and urban decay but I decided against buying them because I was worried about fakes/ knockoffs and the products breaking during shipping. I'd much rather go to my local sephoria or ulta to buy makeup.

Brittany J, like I said above, if product isn't what it says you can report to eBay and get your money back. Do like you already do (checking feedback, ratings, and descriptions), and sometimes ask questions. Make sure the picture actually looks like the product you are buying and has the correct label. For instance if you want the Urban Decay Smoked palette make sure it say "Urban Decay", if it arrives and isn't that report it, they gave false info therefor you get your money back. If they don't actually claim it as that then I wouldn't risk going for it. I have seen people try to sell fakes just putting the word "Urban" in there hoping people will just skim over and not catch that it isn't actually listed as Urban Decay, be careful, read everything, ask questions, check reviews and you should be good.

I order all my Skin79 products from eBay. Usually its best to find a seller that has the product your looking for and make sure you ask questions. But if your looking into buying stuff like MAC stick with buying within the states, never out of the country.
