It should come out pretty close, esp on the lighter parts of you hair, maybe strip the red, or lighten it at home beforehand.
But it should be fine, I put blue over hot pink before and it came out just fine! :)

There is no box its just a jar of dye haha. And ok thank you!! I have a job so I can't have it too bright so I don't want to take the chance of stripping it and it being too bright so hopefully it will work out just over the red. :)

You want to lighten it first try and strip some of the red out because you have red undertones your hair may take the blue but as it fades and as well as when you first put it on you will most likely still see the red undertones reds are some of the hardest colors to get out... I'm a cosmetologist.

It all depends on your hair it'll be blue but depending on the lighting it'll look purpleish or a strange blue it really depends how your hair takes the color but your best bet is to lighten it because once you put manic panic do not try and lighten it manic panic has metallics in it so if you bleach it or use certain lighteners it can smoke up and be extremely damaging
