Well I'd keep it pretty much the same as you are now, maybe try a little bit of liner if you'd like. And try gold and brown eeshadowseye shadows, they make blue eyes pop:)

I personally love the look of a nude liner on your waterline, smudged brown or black liner on your lash line, and a good mascara for long & voluminous lashes. Finish it off with a nice glowy blush and a rose lip gloss and you're set. If you want, you could add a golden toned eyeshadow. (:

Keep in natural if your going to do eyeshadow. All you really need though is mascara and foundation. Not blush and lipstick. But pink lipsticks would look nice on you.

I think your blue eyes would look great with a brown/gold. I would also recommend liquid concealer and pressed powder over to give a nice polished look. ( only because that's what I wore at your age. (: oh so very pretty you are  <3.

I would also use a light pink blush to use to sort of contour your cheek bones <3.

Mainly try to avoid heavy foundation (you could get in trouble) try bb or cc cream with loose powder use a light amount of mascara and maybe a light lip gloss or tinted lip balm.

If you want eyeshadow try neutral colors like brown and creme colors.
