I love the buffing brush from Real Technique or the Expert face one, pretty cheap but amazing quality!

Sigma F80, beauty blender or UD optical blurring brush. I do have the real technique expert face ajd buffing brush, not my absolute favorite but for the price they are very soft & I do use them quite often.
