You could add a bright eyeshadow to the middle of the lid ,take a shade of eyeshadow a few shades darker then your skin and put it a little bit lower than the lower lash line to create a shadow , and put your crease shade right above your actual crease.

I would look up the Ulzazang (did I is spell that right?) style, it's pretty much all about big eyes! Also, try using a nude eyeliner on your waterline, then go for a big volume mascara, and line your eyes all around (LASHLINE , NOT waterline! )

Take a white pencil liner, use it around your waterline, and on the skin around your tear duct. Once you've finished that, apply regular mascara and eyeshadow and take white shadow underneath your brow arch to open up your lids.

Nude liner is a must I love the tarte emphaeyes I think that's what it is called. Curl your lashes apply mascara and then highlight the inner corner and brow bone.
