This is my face via no foundation. I really really am tired if having acne and I would like to get rid of it fast. What type of acne is it and how can I make it go away? Home remedies would be best. I use a natural face wash that controls it well but hasn't made it completely go away. Thanks :)

You could try the clean and clear acne treatment it's a clear gel and it's amazing. Sorry it's not a home remedy

I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. For now I agree with the witch hazel. Dilute it with water so it's not so intense. Also get African Black Soap. It's brown in colour and it has dramatically helped my boyfriend with his acne. My boyfriend also loves Arbonne FC5 Cleanser + Toner. It's plant based so it's quite gentle on the skin. Also look into black clay which helps to detoxify the body.

There are many thing a you can try but going to a dermontoligist is the best way to get rid of it. They will find a solution just fit for your skin type that will get rid of it. My dermontoligist has cleared up my face and now I don't even have one zit

It looks like cystic acne. You can't pop it right? And it hurts when you touch it? Cystic acne dosen't have a head on it and is several layers under the skin. I have no idea what home remedy you should use for it but I would go to a dermatologist and get a medicine called retinae. You can only get it prescribed to you.
