So I currently have medium length hair, but I've been trying to grow it out. The problem is that it keeps dying at the ends... Does anyone know any tips on growing hair out?

Really there is no way to make your hair grow faster. lay low on heat, eat healthy food with good nutrients, and trim up the ends every now and then. the rate your hair grows is all in your genetics so you can't really change it. then there's also extensions you could try. hope I helped :)

Talk to your doctor/pharmacist about taking prenatal vitamins and a biotin supplement. they work wonders!

You can use oil treatment in your hair to use at the ends! :) you put it in whoever you get out of the shower and you just brush it out. It's very nice and leaves your hair silky (:

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.

Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.

Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner

keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)
