Hello!
I've had acne and now I'm on the fourth month of accutane and I don't have any pimples, just redness on my cheeks. I was wondering if I should exfoliate my skin or not..how often should I do this If I'm allowed? Can you tell me some diy scrubs?

I would ask your doctor before hand just in case. But there's a honey and sugar scrub. Just rub very gentle not too harsh.

I think it's a very very bad idea! Let your skin Alone even if you really want to exfoliate it! It would make things even worse if you do.

No scrubbing, you can apply a non-comedogenic oil like Squalane which works wonders for redness.. Jojoba is nice too. Aloe Vera.. oatmeal can help. But physical exfoliation has nothing to do with redness and may just cause more.

Eucerin has a very nice night cream and extremely gentle face wash. Eucerin is actually meant for people with Rosacea and extremely sensitive skin, my dermatologist recommened it to my mom and I also use the cream.
