I have very tiny bumps on my forehead they are so tiny what is it? Is it prickly heat or something else?

Maybe its due to heat or excessive oils residue dirt wash your face wz a gd facial cleaner and they will fade away

I follow ctm religiously but yeah I've changed my bb cream recently and I've also travelled to a hot place 2-3 days ago it was like 97 F
I'm all confused about it

Omg so I have the exct same thing come up over the past few days! And I normally never get spots on my forehead I'm guessing it's from the heat! Because I've been sitting out in the heat! Soo annoying I'm just drinking plenty of water hoping they go!
