I'm usually a fan of french product, but I'd need to see ingredient list on other side. I use bioderma, another french product. Its amazing. Cuts through everything. Baby oil is good too, its a classic. As is vasilene.
If you try oil based, I recommend removing with a baby wipe. I use huggies naturals. Its less irritating to eyes. Mine are sensitive too. Most days I dint wear eye makeup. It just a hassel.

I'm not sure about that product, but I use coconut oil to remove my eye makeup & it works great! :)
