I've never been in wet seal, but H&M has on trend clothing for all types of styles. I'm sure you would find some things there that would suit you.

I don't think you should really set yourself down to being one style, not many people are! One day I could be all grungey and whatever, the next I'm wearing a floral dress! I wear whatever I feel like on the day, and buy a range of clothes across all the styles I like!

There's nothing wrong with finding a specific style as long as it suits you and your prrsonality while being functional for you. If you want to wear something different everyday, then okay, because that's who you are-and it's called having an eclectic style.
