Two words: Baking soda, just put some on a wash clothe and uses it to exfoliate gently after you shave.

I've seen a few videos suggesting epilating instead of shaving. Maybe try a professional wax.

Oh and they had improvements with underarm darkness.
Anyhow, don't worry about other people! It's their problem if they have to comment on other people's appearance!

Exfoliate & wipe under your arms before bed. I also use the deodorants that help with dark underarms as well :)

Waxing and a deodorant geared toward dark underarms help really well. You have to stop shaving
